Responsibilities
- Organize activities during the day and in the evening
- Prepare and serve homemade meals for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the camp throughout the day
- Operate the bar during designated hours
Requirements
- Minimum 19 years old
- Strong social skills with vacationers and fellow monitors
- Committed to providing guests with the best possible holiday experience
- Proactive and enjoys working in a team
- Responsible at all hours of the day
- Strong organizational skills
- Engaged with BoardX activities, including outside the summer season
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in group supervision and activity leadership
- Affinity with surfing, skating, or snowboarding
- Athletic appearance and good physical condition
