About the role

The Training Specialist will source, design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to enhance agent and managerial skills and business capabilities. This position focuses on equipping agents and managers with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively service customers, lead teams, drive performance, and foster a positive workplace culture while developing appropriate banking servicing and risk management knowledge.

This role is ideal for a proactive learning professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for developing agents and operational leaders to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Design, source, and execute effective training programs
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials based on adult learning principles
• Deliver training to enhance agent and managerial skills in customer service, team leadership, performance management, and workplace culture
• Oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously using strong project management skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• 4–6 years of experience in training development and implementation
• Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
• Strong project management skills

Schedule

Hours per shift: 40 to 45. Shift hours can vary during training.
