About the Role
Provide postpartum care for mothers and newborns, educate families on newborn care and maternal recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver postpartum nursing care to mothers and infants
- Educate families on newborn care and maternal recovery processes
- Work collaboratively within a team to maintain high standards of safety and quality
- Occasionally float to other units to support patient care demands
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Eligible for RN licensure in Missouri
- Basic Life Support (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire
