Job Summary
Conducts high complexity molecular tests in the treatment and diagnosis of genetic diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- General PCR Set-up
- Performs testing and troubleshoots assay performance
- Performs data analysis
- Operates and maintains the laboratory equipment
- Performs QC and takes appropriate actions if systems deviate from the laboratory’s established specification
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or medical technology
- Experience: 4-6 years
- PREFERRED: MB(ASCP) or MT(ASCP)
