Molecular Biologist
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Content: Job Summary: description about authority in molecular and biochemical methods for diagnosis of plant pests, final identification, etc. Qualifications: includes basic requirement, GS-11 level specifics, transcripts, combination of education & experience. Major Duties: list of duties. Position Start Date: 09/25/2026 Position Close Date: 10/01/2026 Salary Offered: 85447 - 111087 USD Per Year Also some other paragraphs about making a difference, APHIS, emergency response, etc. Those may be considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The paragraphs about making a difference, APHIS careers site, emergency response, etc. Might be considered generic promotional content but not boilerplate? It's not EEO or legal. It's descriptive about agency. Could be considered part of "About the role" maybe. But we need to decide. We need sections: About the role (maybe from Job Summary). Responsibilities (Major Duties). Requirements/Qualifications (Qualifications). Skills maybe not explicit. Benefits not mentioned. Pay: Salary Offered given. Schedule: not mentioned. Position start/close dates maybe could be considered Schedule? Not exactly schedule. Could be considered "Position Start Date" and "Close Date" maybe as metadata; we could put in a short
under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So start/close dates could be minor metadata; we could include in a
after About the role. Pay: we have salary range, so we can create a Pay section with
Pay
and thenSalary range: $85,447 - $111,087 per year.
Benefits: not mentioned, so omit. Schedule: not mentioned, omit. Skills: not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer from qualifications but better not to invent. So omit Skills. Thus sections: About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities (Major Duties), Requirements (Qualifications), Pay (Salary). Possibly also include a shortfor Position Start/Close dates under About the role or separate? Could be under About the role as a paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the qualification details exactly as given, but we can format as
- for lists. The qualifications have paragraphs; we can break into list items for each bullet? The original text includes sentences; we can convert to list items for clarity but must preserve all info. It's okay to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can turn the qualification requirements into list items.
Similarly, Major Duties list can be turned into
- .
We need to avoid repeating the job title as heading. The job title is not given explicitly but maybe "Find Your Future With Us at USDA – Animal Plant Health Inspection Service". Not needed.
We must output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.

Pay
Salary Offered: $85,447 - $111,087 USD per year.
We need to ensure no extra sections like Benefits, Schedule. Also ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. Check that we preserved all substantive info: Job Summary, duties, qualifications, transcripts, combination, start/close dates, salary. We omitted the promotional paragraphs about making a difference, APHIS careers site, emergency response, etc. Are those considered substantive? They are generic but maybe considered part of "About the role". The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Those paragraphs are not boilerplate per se, but they are promotional. However they might be considered "application instructions"? Not exactly. The instruction says to remove duplicated lines and application instructions. Those paragraphs are not duplicated. They are about agency mission. Could be considered part of "About the role". But we already have a short summary; we could incorporate those sentences into About the role to preserve all substantive info. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It's okay to have a brief About the role. But we might be missing some substantive info like "You can make a difference! The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Marketing and Regulatory Programs (MRP) needs bright, energetic and committed professionals to facilitate the domestic and international marketing of U.S. agricultural products and to protect the health and care of animals and plants in the United States. We operate in domestic and global markets. Be part of an organization that protects the health and agriculture of the American people. Join our team! To learn more about what it's like to work at the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, what the agency does, and the types of careers, please visit the APHIS careers site. APHIS is an emergency response agency. This means that all Agency employees may be asked or assigned to participate in rotating temporary duty assignments to support emergency programs at some time during their careers with APHIS." Is that substantive? It's more about agency and encouragement. Might be considered boilerplate? Not exactly EEO or legal. It's promotional. The instruction didn't explicitly say to remove promotional text, only cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not those. So we should keep it. However we could incorporate into About the role as a paragraph. Thus About the role could have multiple paragraphs: the job summary paragraph, then the promotional paragraph(s). Let's include them. We need to ensure we don't repeat any duplicated lines. There's no duplication. Thus final HTML:About the role
