Molding Team Leader

Job Duties

• Manages time and attendance of production team
• Maintains communication between departments supporting production
• Establishes and supports pillars; people, safety, quality, delivery, cost while executing production goals
• Affords assistance in setting up production lines and troubleshooting the injection molding process
• Performs root cause analysis and CAPAs
• Maintains and manages 5S in the production areas
• Trains production team on applicable procedures to the production area
• Ensures equipment and work area cleanliness
• Ensures accurate shift reporting
• Maintains documentation, manufacturing areas conform to GMP and Standard Operating Procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Team leadership in a Manufacturing environment preferred
• Team oriented
• Good communicator
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Able to work at a fast pace and is multitask talented
• Basic math and writing skills
• Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft office
