About the role
The Molding Production Operator plays a crucial role in producing high-quality products within the Injection Molding team at Meissner. This role involves monitoring production, ensuring quality, and working closely with team members to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety standards and quality control specifications while running and adjusting injection molding processes.
- Measure and inspect molded parts for visual and dimensional issues to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Trim excess material from molded parts.
- Count, bag, and pack product to prevent contamination or distortion.
Requirements
- No prior training in Injection Molding is required.
- A strong commitment to producing high-quality products is essential.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills are necessary.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Qualifications
- Must be a nonsmoker due to the cleanroom environment requirements.
Skills
- Injection Molding skills are provided by Meissner.

Pay
The base pay scale for this role is $18.25 per hour, with actual pay varying based on experience.
