Troubleshooting and Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain equipment safety devices.
• Maintain proper component quality standards.
• Cooker coordination and monitoring of molding processes.
• Maintenance of system filters and Conair systems.
• Pull/set of mold tools.
• Setup and maintenance of granulators, conveyors, separators, mold temp control units, water temp control units, resin dryers and scales for assigned machines.
• Perform required inspections, mold approvals, rejections, setup of gauges and leak testing.

Reporting and Assistance

• Accurate and timely production reporting.
• Assist with repairs when needed.
• Completion of all Preventive Maintenance (PMs).

Inspections and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all inspections are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects.

Communication and Clean-Up

• Supportive communication between shifts.
• Proper clean up and disposal of wastewater and waste oil.

Training and Attendance

• Absolutely assist in training new personnel as requested.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in molding.
