Molding Operator II - Night Shift (Mon - Thur 7:30pm - 6am)

About the role

TE Connectivity’s Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensuring component flow, troubleshooting and correcting machinery issues to maintain quality and productivity. Team members perform changeovers and setups according to production schedules, conduct quality checks, document results, and follow TE Connectivity’s EH&S procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform hourly quality inspection
• Make and prepare boxes for components
• Packaging components
• Weighing components
• Maintain monitoring of machine equipment
• Arrange for repair and maintenance as required
• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow company and department guidelines, procedures, and policies
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• 1 year work experience
• Must be able to wear safety toe shoes and safety glasses
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., push up to 45 lbs., and pull up to 55 lbs.

Pay

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $17.00/Hour + 12% Shift Differential = $19.04/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
