Molding Machine Operator - Resin

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor resin molding machines according to production specifications
• Load raw resin materials into equipment and maintain proper material flow
• Inspect molded parts for quality, accuracy, and defects throughout the production process
• Trim, finish, and package completed products as required
• Record production counts, downtime, and quality information accurately
• Perform routine machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using established housekeeping standards
• Safely lift, move, and transport materials and finished products throughout the production area

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
• Experience operating molding or plastics processing equipment is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel or composite toe footwear

Pay

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire, Shift Available: A Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be available based on production needs.
