Molding and Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Molding and Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes and products. They work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure that designs meet quality standards and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new manufacturing processes and products
• Conduct tests and analyze data to improve product quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and resolve issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CAD software and statistical analysis tools
