MOLDER (FOUNDRY)

About the role

The selected individual will ram sand around wooden patterns to prepare molds for making metal castings. The selected individual will be required to read work packages and move molds with aid from a crane. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. The selected individual should be highly motivated and like to work with their hands.

Requirements

Must be able to work in extreme temperature environment. Must be able to work at extreme heights or in very confined spaces. Must be able to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb on a daily basis. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be able to work ANY shift.

Nice to Have

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
