Molder - 3rd Shift
About the role
Operate assigned equipment and perform standardized production processes to safely produce quality parts that meet customer specifications, production targets, and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned equipment and follow work instructions to produce parts that meet quality and production standards.
- Perform required operations and package parts to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate counts, production records, and product identification (tags/labels).
- Monitor materials and communicate safety, quality, or production issues to the Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety requirements.
- Support team operations through flexibility in assignments and participation in continuous improvement efforts.
- Complete additional tasks as needed to meet business and customer needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
- Demonstrated hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate production equipment, tools, and required safety equipment.
- Ability to accurately track and record production information.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the scheduled shift.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay
Compensation Range: $17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour. Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives. nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
