Mold Technician - 1st or 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain blow molding equipment to produce high-quality beverage bottles.
• Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with blow molding machinery preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently on 1st or 2nd shift.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and quality control.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
