Mold Setter
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. From posting: - Job Summary: "The Mold Setter is responsible for the installation, removal, and upkeep of the molds and mold components used in the manufacturing process of plastic parts." That's a paragraph. - Job Responsibilities: list of duties. - Job Requirements: list. - What CRH Offers You: includes benefits: "Highly competitive base pay", "Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs", "Group retirement savings program", "Health and wellness programs", "An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion". Also maybe "About CRH" is more about company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About CRH" is company description, could be "About the role"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: - About the role: maybe the Job Summary? Or we could use "About the role" heading for the Job Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: list (Job Requirements). Could also include Qualifications? But we have Requirements. - Benefits: from "What CRH Offers You". Could also include Pay: "Highly competitive base pay" is pay info. So we could have a Pay section with that line, and Benefits section with other benefits. - Schedule: not mentioned. - Skills: maybe not explicit; we could skip. - Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? But we have Requirements; we could also have Qualifications heading if we want but we should avoid thin sections. Better to have Requirements and Benefits and Pay. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also drop Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: include company description? The "Non-Exempt Oldcastle, a CRH company, is reinventing..." paragraph at start is about company; could be placed under "About the role" or maybe a separate "About the company"? Not in allowed headings list but we could use "About the role" to include that? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those. We could put company description under "About the role" as it's about the role context. Or we could omit it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that company description somewhere. Could put it in a
under "About the role". That seems fine. Thus:

Responsibilities
. We removed "Job Requirements" heading; we usedRequirements
. We removed "What CRH Offers You" heading; we split into Pay and Benefits. We removed "About CRH" paragraph; we could incorporate into About the role? Actually we already have a long description about Oldcastle; the "About CRH" paragraph is separate: "CRH has a long and proud heritage..." We missed that. Need to include that as well. Where to put? Could add another paragraph under About the role after the company description. That would preserve all substantive info. Thus About the role section will have multiple paragraphs: first the Oldcastle description, then the Mold Setter summary, then the CRH description. Let's add:CRH has a long and proud heritage. We are a collection of hundreds of family businesses, regional companies and large enterprises that together form the CRH family. CRH operates in a decentralized, diversified structure that allows you to work in a small company environment while having the career opportunities of a large international organization. If you're up for a rewarding challenge, we invite you to take the first step and apply today! Once you click apply now, you will be brought to our official employment application. Please complete your online profile and it will be sent to the hiring manager. Our system allows you to view and track your status 24 hours a day. Thank you for your interest!
But note that this paragraph includes application instructions ("Once you click apply now...") which we are supposed to remove: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we must remove application instructions. So we should strip that part. Keep only the descriptive CRH heritage part, not the application call-to-action. Thus we keep: "CRH has a long and proud heritage. We are a collection of hundreds of family businesses, regional companies and large enterprises that together form the CRH family. CRH operates in a decentralized, diversified structure that allows you to work in a small company environment while having the career opportunities of a large international organization." Possibly also "If you're up for a rewarding challenge, we invite you to take the first step and apply today!" is application instruction; remove. So we keep up to that sentence before invitation. Thus About the role paragraphs: - Oldcastle description (including Non-Exempt etc.) - Mold Setter summary (Job Summary) - CRH heritage description (without application invitation). Now check for any other boilerplate: At end there is EEO statement, AI tools statement, etc. Remove. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content. Let's craft final HTML. Be careful to close tags properly. We'll output:About the role
