Mold Setter-2nd and 3rd Shift

About the role

We're looking for hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals to help set up and maintain molds and dies on our manufacturing equipment. You’ll receive training and guidance from experienced Process Technicians as you learn the ropes — and eventually take the lead on setups yourself.

Responsibilities

• Aid with mold and die changeovers under the guidance of a Process Technician
• Learn to perform machine startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Ensure product quality using gauges and measuring tools (training provided)
• Maintain accurate production counts and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• Has Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
• Basic understanding of hand tools, fasteners, and mechanical parts
• Dependable and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Desire to grow into a more advanced technical role

Qualifications

Year 1 earning potential: $50,000+
