Mold Inspection Operator Weekend Shift

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects wax patterns to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Dresses defects using hot torches and hot plates;
• Trims flash;
• Fixes air bubbles;
• Labels patterns;
• Assembles parts;
• Applies sealant;
• Keeps work area clean.

Physical And Mental Demands

• Performed at a work bench where you have the option to sit or stand.
• Requires attention to detail, steady hands, good visual acuity.
• Constant use of both upper extremities to inspect, dress, repair, label and seal wax patterns.
• Frequent use of hand tools;
• Reach / handle activities at waist, knee, shoulder, overhead.
• Push/lift 10-35 lbs.
