About the role
As the surgical specialist, you will be responsible for performing Mohs surgery at an established dermatology practice in Gloucester, VA.
Responsibilities
- Perform Mohs micrographic surgery on a part-time basis
- Grow your surgical volume as the practice expands
- Schedule approximately 10 cases per day, with flexibility to adjust based on personal preference
- Work closely with an experienced administrative and clinical team who will handle scribing and clinical administrative tasks
Requirements
- Md or DO degree
- Current medical license in Virginia
- Experience with Mohs micrographic surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in dermatology
- Strong surgical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload
Skills
- Skilled in Mohs micrographic surgery
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
