Module Equipment Technician

Openings are available across all functional areas: Litho, Wet Etch, Dry Etch, Diffusion, Implant, Planar, and Thin Films, with opportunities on all shifts (4/5/6/7) as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform functions associated with wafer production, including operations, equipment, process, and training.
- Conduct equipment maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, defect reduction, and other duties to support Fab objectives.
- Work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, and verbal instructions using a variety of tools, test equipment, problem-solving techniques, and communication.
Schedule
This position follows a compressed work week schedule, consisting of three consecutive 12-hour shifts, followed by a four-day work week every other week. Shift options include:
- Shift 4 (Night, front half of week): PM-AM Sun-Tues and alternating Saturday nights
- Shift 5 (Days, front half of week): AM-PM Sun-Tues and alternating Wednesday days
- Shift 6 (Night, back half of week): PM-AM Wed-Sat and alternating Saturday night
- Shift 7 (Days, back half of week): AM-PM Thurs-Sat and alternating Wednesday days
Work Environment
- Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE, including coveralls, hood, booties, safety glasses, gloves, and respirator (when required).
- Must be willing to lift up to 35 pounds (18 kgs) 4 times a day.
- Position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Qualifications
You must possess at least one of the following minimum qualifications:
- BS in a STEM field related to Semiconductor Manufacturing (MET) or a general BS in STEM (operator role)
- HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND one of the following:
- 4+ years of related hands-on experience OR military technical experience
- 2.5+ years of related equipment maintenance experience
- 3+ years of technical/trade certification OR 3+ years of technical experience
- Associate degree in a STEM field related to semiconductor manufacturing (MET) or general STEM (operator role) AND 2+ years of related equipment maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Military experience
- Advanced Node Semiconductor manufacturing experience in a production environment
- Hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance experience on 300mm semiconductor equipment (or equivalent)
- Skills to influence the creation of new specs, procedures, and business processes related to equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of process control systems
- Experience with schematics and complex drawings/diagrams
- Integrated circuit fabrication experience
Pay
Annual Salary Range for roles in the US: $60,450.00 - $116,640.00 USD (Hourly Role). The range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
