The Modular Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of modular projects within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of modular projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations
- Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Experience with modular project methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Knowledge of modular construction techniques

$70,000 - $80,000 annually
