Modification Center Team Lead - 3rd shift

Primary Activities/Duties

• Achieve and exceed targets for quality, productivity, uptime, on-time delivery, and cost.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S principles.
• Lead and coordinate cross-training of workers.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through active engagement with peers, supervisors, and management.

Knowledge & Experience

• A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in assembly operations is required; leadership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic 5S and lean manufacturing concepts is beneficial.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization are crucial.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking are important.
• A strong mechanical aptitude is necessary.

Safety Requirements

• Wear safety-toed footwear.
• Wear safety glasses with side shields.
• Wear hearing protection.
• Other personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
• A fast-paced production environment requiring adaptability and multitasking.
