Modern Workplace Adoption Sr. Analyst – Kansas City (Hybrid)

HybridFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we need headings for sections that have content. We have content: About the role (first paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Education And Certifications Required (maybe part of Qualifications). Experience Required (maybe duplicate). About Littler (company description) maybe not needed? Could be part of About the role? But we can include a section "About Littler" if we want but not in list of allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should stick to those. So we can have About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education, certifications, experience), Benefits. Possibly Skills? The qualifications include technical skills; we could put Skills section separate but we can combine into Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We must not include Pay or Schedule unless specified; not present. We must remove boilerplate: No recruiters, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits description, about Littler description maybe considered substantive but not under allowed headings; maybe we can include it under About the role? The About the role currently is first paragraph describing role. Could also add a separate "About Littler" but not allowed heading; maybe we can incorporate into About the role as a paragraph after role description? But that would be mixing. Better to keep About the role as role description; we could add a separate section "About Littler" but not in allowed list; risk of violating instruction. Safer to omit About Littler? But instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep Littler description. Where to put? Could be under a heading "About Littler" but not in allowed list; maybe we can treat it as part of "About the role"? Not accurate. However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive list? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. But they also say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we could add a section "About Littler" if we want, but it's not in the examples; risk. However they didn't forbid other headings; they just gave examples. Safer to include About Littler as a section with heading

About Littler

. It's substantive. We also have "About Littler" paragraph. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

About the role

... first paragraph ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility ...

Qualifications

  • ... technical skills and competencies required ...
  • ... Education And Certifications Required ...
  • ... Experience Required ...
But we might break qualifications into subpoints; but we can keep as list items each covering a bullet. We need to preserve all details: The qualifications section includes many bullet-like sentences. We'll extract each sentence as list item. Let's parse qualifications: "TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in IT change management, digital workplace adoption, employee technology enablement, communications, training, learning and development, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Viva, Loop, OneNote, Copilot, and related adoption, governance, and user-readiness considerations; experience with Copilot Studio is a plus. Experience with NetDocuments or another document management system is a plus. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple concurrent adoption initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating user-facing guidance, training materials, adoption communications, and leadership-ready presentations that translate technical change into clear business value. Experience using adoption analytics, usage dashboards, surveys, support trends, Viva Insights, Power BI, or similar reporting tools to measure behavior change, identify adoption barriers, and communicate progress. Experience supporting AI-enabled productivity tool rollouts, including Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar generative AI assistants, and developing responsible-use guidance, prompt literacy, escalation paths, and user education materials is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build trusted relationships with end users, leadership, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements that reduce friction, improve adoption, and enhance the employee technology experience. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. Ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment with limited supervision while managing multiple priorities. Education And Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Required: Microsoft Certified trainer. Experience Required Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in IT changemanagement, digital workplace, or learning & development." We'll create list items for each distinct point. Now Benefits: paragraph describing benefits. We'll output. Make sure to not include any boilerplate like "No recruiters –principals only." etc. Also remove duplicated lines: The "Experience Required Minimum 3-5 years..." duplicates earlier experience; we can keep but maybe it's duplicate; we should preserve but could deduplicate? Instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. So we should not repeat the same experience requirement twice. We'll include only once. Thus in Qualifications we can include experience requirement once. Now About Littler paragraph: we need to keep that. Let's craft. HTML:
