Modeling and Simulations Specialist

About the role

This position is located in Fort Bragg, N.C, and is a full-time role. It requires an active SECRET security clearance and is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Associate degree, or four years of related military experience
• Two years of experience developing scenarios with Virtual Battle Space (VBS) 4
• Familiarity with building three-dimensional terrain databases and entity objects using various software
• Experience with constructive and virtual computer simulations, video editing, and authoring of modeling/simulation scenarios
• Knowledge of Army Mission Command and/or Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVCG) Systems
• Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C++, or .NET
• Knowledge of military operational concepts

Qualifications

• Ability to work with self-initiative after receiving initial task guidance
• Ability to follow project schedules and meet designated completion dates
• Comfortable working as a member of a Modeling/Simulations team, able to accept guidance and provide sound suggestions after conducting analysis of the project
