Mobility Specialist

About the Role

Support safe, person-centered movement and transfers for older adult residents in various care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ambulation, positioning, and use of mobility aids according to care plans and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure quality care.
• Document care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate residents and families on mobility and safety practices.
• Promote dignity, comfort, and independence in a compassionate, relationship-focused environment.
