About the role
As a Mobility Dispatch Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations for our drivers and Mobility Coordinator team at Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC. You’ll lead key metrics for driver compliance, including attendance, safety scores, customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the office, including fleet, utilization, depreciation, reservations, and schedules.
- Manage all operational aspects of the location, ensuring vehicles are maintained, assigned, and drivers are prepared for their shifts.
- Monitor daily workflows to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze and coach the Mobility Support Specialist and Drivers on key metrics such as attendance, company policies, safety, customer satisfaction, driver efficiency, and vehicle utilization, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Lead end-to-end workforce management, including hiring decisions, coordinating training and safety courses, and implementing shift schedules to meet operational goals.
- Continuously evaluate staff performance and identify development opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external maintenance teams to address vehicle issues.
- Oversee the team responsible for cleaning and preparing the vehicle fleet.
- Communicate consistently and frequently with the location manager.
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role with a proven ability to coach and lead a team.
- Moderate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license (CA if applicable).
- Must pass a background check, MVR, fingerprinting, and drug screen (CA if applicable).
- Must be 23 years of age or older.
- Flexibility in scheduling, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to drive process and organizational change.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
- Computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate teams, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
Physical Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to sit and stand for extended periods.
Pay
$22/hour.
