Mobilisation Consultant | FIFO | WA Mine Site

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate FIFO mobilisation for company employees and labour hire personnel.
• Mobilise personnel to major mining clients.
• Manage employee mobilisation through the internal system.
• Maintain and update the company manning roster.
• Book flights and coordinate travel arrangements for company personnel.
• Liaise with suppliers to organise required equipment and resources.
• Monitor employee training compliance and ensure all mandatory qualifications remain current.
• Schedule and coordinate required training courses.
• Ensure employees maintain current Drug and Alcohol Screens (DAS) within required timeframes.
• Respond quickly to changing operational requirements while maintaining mobilisation efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a Mobilisation or Workforce Coordination role within the mining, resources or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of FIFO mobilisation processes and mining compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with employees, clients and suppliers.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
