About the role
The Mobile Workforce Technician I is an entry-level role responsible for performing standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part of HBM’s mobile workforce team. Technicians will travel with their assigned team to multiple worksites and complete scheduled cleaning tasks according to HBM service standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Maintain high-touch disinfection standards
- Follow task checklists and HBM cleaning procedures
- Work as part of a mobile team servicing multiple locations
- Assist with routine cleaning tasks and equipment setup
- Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the workday
- Report supply shortages, access issues, or safety concerns to the team lead
- Follow instructions from the Technician Lead and Dispatch Manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Driver’s license not required
- Success in this role: Reliable attendance, consistent cleaning quality, strong teamwork, willingness to learn advanced techniques
