About the Role
The Mobile Trainer will facilitate training for new employees and retail front-line staff. They will aid in the development of training programs to build a competent and engaged workforce. This position requires travel across all regions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Travel to Alpine Bank Training Facilities to deliver trainings, including New Employee Orientation, Teller Training, New Accounts, and Advanced New Accounts for Retail Staff.
- Travel to Alpine Bank locations in multiple regions to deliver training and perform other duties as required.
- Aid in the development of training programs such as New Employee Orientation, Teller Training, New Accounts, Advanced New Accounts, and Customer Service Training.
- Assist in updating materials and processes for Alpine Bank’s systems.
- Communicate with Training Management on problem-solving, systems updates, and new processes.
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent required.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Driver’s License is required.
- Two (2) or more years of related experience within a professional environment; previous experience in a bank or financial institution highly desired.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis.
Skills

- Knowledge of operational and some lending banking systems (a plus).
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and eLearning software.

Working Conditions
- Operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, and multifunction printers.
- May include prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment; may include some evening hours.
- Training Facilities hours are typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
- Travel to all Training Facilities and bank locations is required.
Physical Activities
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Significant time spent doing computer work.
- Physical demands include standing for long periods, good eyesight, hand/finger dexterity, and remaining calm and professional with upset customers.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- May need to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Repetitive motion likely.
Pay
Starting rate of pay: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
