Duties
- Child and Family Therapy
- Treatment Plan Development and Implementation
- Supervision of Staff
- Case Coordination
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.
- Strong clinical skills and training or course work in Behavioral Modification
- License Required (LSW, LCSW, LPS, or LBSC) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum
- At least 1 year of experience in behavior modification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with at-risk youth and families
- Knowledge of community resources
- Insured reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
