Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, marital, and family counseling in a mobile setting.
- Deliver PCIT and other evidence-based interventions in a mobile clinic environment.
- Conduct intake interviews, identify presenting problems, and develop preliminary treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention services during regular mobile clinic operations.
- Utilize telehealth platforms and mobile documentation systems.
- Collaborate with community partners, schools, and healthcare coalitions to identify service locations and client needs.
- Participate in outreach and engagement efforts to increase access to care.
- Support care coordination and referrals to internal and external services.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case reviews.
- Maintain compliance with documentation, ethical standards, and trauma-informed care principles.
- May supervise unlicensed therapists or interns if licensed.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree required.
- Doctorate preferred but not required.
- Full licensure preferred; provisional licensure accepted.
- Experience in mobile or community-based behavioral health settings is desirable.
