Mobile Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mobile Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with diverse needs, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health concerns. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions for clients with autism, developmental disabilities, and other mental health concerns in their homes and schools. - Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ABA team, medical professionals, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care. - Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective and innovative behavioral health interventions. - Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. - Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in behavioral health. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. - Licensure or certification as a Therapist or Counselor, depending on state requirements. - Proven experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral health concerns. - Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and behavioral health treatment modalities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations. - Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
