Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform visual inspections
- Remove parts and attachments
- Perform warranty repairs
- Execute preventative maintenance services
- Repair lights and wiring
- Weld, cut, and perform other repairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience
- Mechanical aptitude and technical ability
- Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
- Read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting our criteria
- Obtain and maintain a DOT Driver Medical certification
- Smartphone capability to download, install, and operate company-issued mobile applications
Qualifications
- Physically demanding position requiring standing for six to eight hours per shift
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, and feeling
- Lifting parts weighing up to 70 pounds several times during each shift
- Using hand and power tools
- Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials
