Mobile Technician

About the role

Candidate will support assigned service calls for 5-6 retail stores within a geographical area. Will be responsible for performing general maintenance related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, painting, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure efficient performance.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently to meet client standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve outstanding service delivery.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Provide support for emergency situations and on-call duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
  • HVAC experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering world-class service.

Qualifications
