About the role
Candidate will support assigned service calls for 5-6 retail stores within a geographical area. Will be responsible for performing general maintenance related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, painting, etc.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure efficient performance.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently to meet client standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve outstanding service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide support for emergency situations and on-call duties as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school training is a plus.
- Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- HVAC experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering world-class service.
Qualifications
