About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team at ImpactLife. Our Collection Specialists play a crucial role in the donation process, conducting donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, while also providing donor care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy
- Provide donor care during the donation process
- Work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends
- May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Enjoy working with the public
- Good, stable work history
- Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
- Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
Qualifications
- Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required
