Mobile Specialist - SAP BRIM
Responsibilities
- Mobile Solution Support - Assist in configuring and deploying SAP Fiori/UI5 applications for mobile platforms.
- Ensure responsive design and accessibility compliance across devices.
- Integration & Collaboration - Support integration of mobile apps with SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI) and SAP S/4HANA. - Collaborate with backend teams to ensure secure and seamless data flow.
- Security & Compliance - Implement secure handling of sensitive data and enforce PCI DSS and SOC compliance. - Monitor encryption, tokenization, and role based access for mobile solutions.
- Testing & Documentation - Participate in functional and integration testing for mobile applications. - Document configurations, user stories, and workflows in Microsoft ADO or JIRA.
- User Support & Training - Provide assistance to end users on mobile application functionality. - Collaborate with trainers to develop user guides and training materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile application support or development, including SAP environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and integration with SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2).
- Experience with mobile frameworks and SAP BTP for API management.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting mobile app issues and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
- SAP BRIM certifications or Fiori/UI5 certifications highly desirable.
- Experience with hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA for documentation and workflow.
- Experience with ServiceNow for post go-live support.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP for event-driven architecture and API management.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The position offers a flexible work schedule with at least 2 days on-site and possibly 3 days remote.
