Global E-Commerce Team is a content e-commerce business with international short video products as the carrier. It is committed to becoming the first choice for users to discover and purchase good products at affordable prices. The team aims to provide users with a more tailored and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce.

About the role

Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to building mobile features and e-commerce experiences on mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to help deliver intuitive and reliable mobile solutions.
  • Participate in technical design, implementation, and debugging of mobile features and application components.
  • Explore opportunities to improve app performance, code quality, and development practices.
  • Learn about and experiment with on-device AI or mobile intelligence capabilities in a real-world production environment.
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools and mobile engineering best practices under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in at least one mobile development language such as Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.
  • Familiarity with software development fundamentals and the core concepts of iOS and/or Android platforms.
  • Understanding of basic mobile development concepts such as app lifecycle, UI fundamentals, and debugging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with mobile development through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
  • Interest in mobile user experience, performance optimization, or on-device AI.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, and globally distributed team environment.

Pay
