Responsibilities
- Design and develop new mobile application functionality
- Build reusable application components and shared libraries
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, cloud services, and third-party SDKs
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement software enhancements
- Perform peer code reviews and recommend improvements
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Participate in technical design discussions and sprint planning
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards
- Evaluate new development tools and technologies
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience
- Demonstrates expertise in mobile application architecture, including navigation, deep linking, state management, and offline storage strategies
- Leverages modern tooling such as Expo, EAS, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment
- Familiarity with mobile analytics, monitoring, and observability tools
- Experience with Expo ecosystem (EAS, Expo Router, OTA updates) preferred
- Experience developing mobile applications
- Experience integrating backend services
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture and software design principles
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving application defects
- Ability to manage multiple development assignments while meeting project deadlines
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate
