About the Role

The Lube Technician plays a key role in protecting the dealership’s legal, financial, and moral well-being while delivering high-quality vehicle service and supporting team success.

Responsibilities

• Perform lube, oil, filter, and multipoint inspections for customer vehicles.
• Act as a mentor to help other employees succeed.
• Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency and customer service.
• Ensure maximum productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
• Complete all lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection processes with accurate diagnoses.
• Assess and address any additional vehicle needs.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service and report any substandard processes, parts, or procedures to management.
• Keep vehicles clean during servicing and repairs.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through prompt, accurate service and clear communication.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA/EPA requirements.
• Fulfill additional job duties as requested by management.
