Mobile Service Technician

About the role

At Bridgestone HosePower, our Mobile Sales and Service Technicians (MSST) are the face of field operations. MSSTs deliver built hose assemblies and top-quality repair services directly to customers with professionalism, precision, and efficiency. This position blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations
• Remove and install hose assemblies as needed
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years
• No DUI charges or convictions
• Willingness to learn
