Mobile Service Tech Helper

About the Role

The Mobile Service Tech Helper is critical to delivering an unrivaled customer experience. You will assist the Mobile Service Technician by performing multiple levels of mechanical repairs, documenting repairs, and communicating documentation to customers. You will maintain proper inventory of tools and the mobile service van. This position requires completion of all Ford certified training related to the Mobile Service Helper role. It is designed to build your mechanical and people skills, providing the expertise and experience needed for further promotions within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Mobile Service Technician with mechanical repairs
• Document repairs and communicate details to customers
• Maintain inventory of tools and upkeep of the mobile service van
• Complete all Ford certified training for the Mobile Service Helper position

Requirements

• At least one year of mechanical service or repair experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Clean DMV record
• Good computer skills
• Leadership experience (a plus)

Schedule

Must be available to work Monday - Saturday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, subject to change based on business needs.
