About the role

We are seeking a Sales Representative who will play a crucial role in our mission to build trust and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will travel between Toms River, Lawrence, and Langhorne, PA, to coordinate appointments and manage customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Frequently speak with customers in person, by phone, email, and text to coordinate appointments.
  • Keep and maintain accurate notes of customer interactions.
  • Assess and purchase customer vehicles.
  • Build relationships with customers to establish a base of referrals and expand the customer network.
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Work side by side with your Area Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of Sales and Customer Service experience.
  • State-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and no "major" violations during the past three (3) years including, but not limited to, DUI and DWI.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.

Benefits

  • Guaranteed Annual Base Salary of $40,000.
