Mobile Restroom Operations Specialist (Birmingham, AL)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, position, and set up restroom trailers at event venues, job sites, and customer locations
• Connect and monitor water, waste, and power systems as required
• Ensure trailers are fully operational, clean, stocked, and client-ready
• Aid with trailer breakdown, removal, and post-event recovery
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and preventative maintenance of restroom trailers
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs or operational concerns
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs when appropriate
• Report major repair needs or equipment deficiencies to management
• Aid with transportation, loading, unloading, and staging of trailers and related equipment
• Maintain inventory tracking for restroom supplies, chemicals, and operational materials
• Maintain accountability for company assets and equipment
• Ensure equipment is properly stored and prepared for future deployments
• Interact professionally with clients, event organizers, venue personnel, and site contacts
• Respond to service requests and operational concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude while representing the company in the field
• Support premium guest experiences through cleanliness, reliability, and attention to detail
