Mobile Phlebotomist - Greenwood (Paid Training)

Responsibilities

• Performs donor screening (collects donor histories), mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Treats donors with customer service excellence, presenting a positive image.
• Responds to customer inquiries, requests and complaints with a timely and complete response and escalates to leader when appropriate.
• Provides a service-centric donor experience by interacting with donors respectfully, compassionately, and professionally.
• Congributes to and upholds a positive team culture and employee experience by fostering teamwork, collaborating effectively, maintaining an encouraging environment, and by supporting coworkers through kind and respectful behaviors.
• Maintains product integrity and ensures proper identification of all donors, performs routine maintenance on equipment, and completes department records as needed.
• Observes donors for reactions, provides reaction care and assists other staff in handling reactions if needed.
• Rebooks donors for future donation appointments.
• May be subject to additional background checks as required by sponsor if asked to assist a mobile.
• Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience preferred.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred.
