Mobile Phlebotomist - Early Morning

About the role

Solaris Diagnostics is a fast-growing clinical laboratory dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients. We are expanding our mobile team and seek a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols
• Works cooperatively with all Solaris departments
• Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision
• Maintain a good driving record
• Must have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Requirements

• Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus)
• Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license
• Smartphone for communication and routing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professionalism, punctuality and a patient-focused mindset

Schedule

• Open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am)
• Rotating weekends
