Mobile Phlebotomist (E)

Responsibilities

• Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples such as vitals, blood, urine, EKG's, and medical history.
• Disinfecting extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
• Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKG's, and medical history.
• Accurately labeling all samples.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, including documenting any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect test results.

Requirements

• Proven experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
• Detail-oriented/sound organizational skills.
• Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Must be computer proficient, have internet access and a printer/scanner to print, scan and upload completed documents.
