SORA Certification requires OPS Security Group to hire a Loss Prevention Officer to cover multiple client locations in Cherry Hill, Marlton, and Princeton. The position involves travel between sites and adapting to various environments while maintaining a professional security presence. The flexible schedule aligns with operational needs, with store hours from 10 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store activity and help prevent theft
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Maintain a visible security presence
• Complete incident and activity reports
• Support store staff and operations teams

Qualifications

• Prior security or loss prevention experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods
