Mobile Patrol Supervisor for residential property – Bronx, NYC | JC Protection, LLC

Vehicle Mobile Patrol Supervisor position for a residential property in the Bronx, NY. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity at a site that operates 24/7. Each shift includes a supervisor and two guards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper access control guidelines are followed by owners, guests, and vendors
• Provide incident reports and other reports to building management and to JC Protection
• Secure the premises and provide security assistance when necessary
• Patrol the community in a marked patrol vehicle
• Detect and/or prevent fires, vandalism, theft, or infractions of the rules
• Maintain assigned posts throughout the facility until properly relieved
• Protect employees, visitors, and condominium owners
• Provide directions to visitors when requested
• Maintain strict access control at all avenues of entry

Requirements

• Valid NY State Security Guard License
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
• Prior supervisory experience
• Prior military and/or public safety experience preferred
• Ability to handle simple computer and smartphone operations
• Sound judgment and high level of integrity
• Authorized to work in the US
• Great customer service attitude

Pay

$18.50 per hour
