Rigorous Training Process

We take the recruitment process incredibly seriously. A majority of problems with security services can be avoided in making sure we are selecting quality officers in the first place.

We do not charge for recruitment of officers, this is an integral part of our service. Our clients put their trust in us to provide quality safety and security personnel. Consequently, we have developed a thorough personnel selection process. And since it is highly rigorous, there is a fair amount of dropout.

Another important part of the recruitment process is making sure we are putting the right people in the right location. A security officer who would work great in a distribution facility may not be a good fit for a hospital. Unlike other companies that will place a body wherever there is a space, we take the time to make the proper placement.

Placement is critical. People have a natural desire to succeed and do a good job. If they are placed in the right environment with the right tools, they will succeed. But if they are placed in a mis-patched workplace and or not given the proper tools, then success will be difficult to achieve.
