Responsibilities
- Oversight of the safety and security of hotel guests and employees
- Patrolling and addressing security concerns on the hotel’s building exterior and all exterior parking lots
- Conducting patrols and guarding against theft
- Maintaining a safe environment while responding to incidents at and around the property
- Recording data on incidents and handling incident reporting for all issues that may arise
Schedule
The shifts for this position are primarily during the evening and overnight.

Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Constant exposure to outdoor elements including hot and cold temperatures
- Willingness to work primarily outside
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Previous security experience preferred
