Responsibilities

• Drive around to patrol assigned properties
• Be alert and observant
• Handle problems professionally
• Follow standard operating procedures for each location
• Report any issues

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Obtain required security licenses by first day of work (assistance provided if needed)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening
• Effectively speak, read, and write in English
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Valid phone number and working cell phone
• Effectively speak, read, and write English
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or enter/exit a vehicle the majority of your shift
